This policy applies when you visit Spiritual Guru, verify a mobile number, purchase a reading, ask a question, book a consultation, upload an image or contact support. Spiritual Guru is responsible for deciding how personal data collected through these services is used.

• Identity and contact information, including name, mobile number and email address.
• Information you voluntarily provide for a service, including birth details, occupation, gender, preferences, questions and concerns.
• Palm, face or other photographs you choose to upload, together with technical information needed to process them securely.
• Booking details, service selection, transaction references and payment status. Complete card, banking, UPI PIN and OTP details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Browser, device, approximate network location, page-use, referral, cookie, analytics and service-diagnostic information.
• Messages, feedback and correspondence sent to us.

How and why information is used

• To verify access, maintain accounts and prevent unauthorised use.
• To prepare, deliver and save the reading, response, booking or consultation requested.
• To process payments, prevent fraud and resolve failed or duplicate transactions.
• To send confirmations, service updates, reminders and support responses.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve service reliability and user experience.
• To meet accounting, legal, regulatory and dispute-resolution obligations.
• To send promotional communication only where permitted; users may opt out at any time.

Photographs and retention

Uploaded photographs are used to provide and support the service requested. Palm images used for Palm Clarity are scheduled to expire from active image storage within 30 days. Reports, account records, transaction references and service logs may be retained for longer where necessary for service history, support, security, accounting, legal compliance or dispute resolution.

• We do not sell palm or face photographs.
• We do not use palm photographs as an identity-authentication system.
• Only authorised personnel and service providers may access data when reasonably necessary to provide or support the requested service.

Sharing, cookies and security

Limited information may be processed by authorised providers supporting hosting, secure storage, communications, analytics, payments, customer support and digital processing. They may use it only for contracted purposes. Processing may occur outside your state or country where permitted by law. We may disclose information where legally required, to protect rights and safety, or during a lawful business restructuring.

• Essential technologies support sessions, authentication, security and checkout.
• Analytics and advertising measurement may be used to understand website use and campaign performance.
• Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy rights

Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may prevent continuation of a service that requires the information. We may verify identity before fulfilling a request.

• Request a summary of eligible personal data and relevant processing information.
• Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase eligible information.
• Withdraw consent and opt out of promotional communication.
• Raise a grievance and exercise any additional right provided by applicable law.

Children and policy changes

Paid services are intended for adults. A parent or lawful guardian must consent before personal data relating to a child is submitted. We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or our services; the date at the top identifies the current version.

Acceptance and eligibility

By using the website, making a payment or submitting information, you agree to this Legal & Policies page. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a service; a parent or lawful guardian must act for a minor.

Accounts and service information

• Provide accurate contact, booking and payment information and protect your access codes.
• You are responsible for activity through your verified mobile number unless unauthorised use is promptly reported.
• Service content and format depend on the product purchased and usable information supplied.

Your submissions

You retain your rights in original photographs, questions and other material you submit. You give Spiritual Guru a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process, technically format and display that material only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support the service and comply with law.

• You confirm the material concerns you or that you have valid permission from every person shown or described.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, intimate or harmful third-party material.
• Do not submit confidential records belonging to another person without valid authority.

Orders, payments and delivery

The price and included service shown at checkout form part of the order. Payment is processed independently and an order is accepted after successful verification and confirmation. Delivery times and appointment availability are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. If an obvious pricing or technical error prevents fulfilment, we may correct it before delivery and provide the remedy required by law.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Except for user submissions and identified third-party components, website content, branding, original visuals, reports, text and software are owned by or lawfully licensed to Spiritual Guru. A purchased report is licensed for personal, non-commercial use and does not transfer ownership of the platform or confidential systems.

• Do not interfere with security, authentication, payments, availability or another user’s access.
• Do not scrape, systematically extract, reverse engineer or attempt to discover confidential systems or internal methods.
• Do not reproduce, resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute reports, designs, website content or services without written permission.
• Do not use a reading as the sole basis for medical, legal, investment, employment, insurance, safety or other high-impact decisions.

Availability, suspension and disputes

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, payment disputes, security risks, legal requirements or material breach. Services are provided with reasonable care but uninterrupted availability and a desired outcome are not guaranteed. Nothing excludes consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes are handled by courts or consumer forums having lawful jurisdiction.

Personalised digital services

A digital reading or answer is prepared specifically from information and questions submitted. Once preparation or generation begins, the order cannot normally be cancelled merely because the user changed their mind. This does not affect rights where a service is not delivered, is materially defective or differs materially from what was advertised.

Refund or replacement eligibility

For an incomplete response caused by a temporary technical problem, we may first provide a corrected delivery or restore the purchased credit without additional charge. Used or activated question credits are non-refundable, and promotional credits have no cash value.

• The same transaction was charged more than once.
• Payment was captured but the purchased service or usable credit was not activated.
• A service could not be delivered because of a failure within our systems and a replacement cannot reasonably be provided.
• We cancel a confirmed consultation and the customer does not accept the offered reschedule.
• A refund is otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Consultations and appointments

• Rescheduling should be requested at least 24 hours before the appointment and remains subject to availability.
• A request made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or a missed appointment, may be treated as used because preparation and the reserved slot cannot always be recovered.
• For a genuine emergency or technical failure, contact us promptly; one reasonable reschedule may be offered after review.
• If we cancel, the customer may choose an available replacement slot or a full refund for that appointment.

Requests and refund timing

Send the registered mobile number, payment or booking reference, payment date and a brief explanation to support. Never send a UPI PIN, OTP or complete card details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We aim to initiate them within 5–7 business days, after which the payment provider or bank may require additional processing time.

Interpretive—not guaranteed—guidance

Spiritual Guru offers traditional spiritual, astrological, palm-related and reflective guidance. Readings express interpretations and possibilities based on supplied information. They support personal reflection and decision-making but do not establish objective certainty or guarantee any relationship, pregnancy, employment, promotion, profit, property, inheritance, travel, legal, health or other outcome.

Not professional advice

• Medical and mental-health concerns require a qualified healthcare professional.
• Legal questions require a qualified legal professional.
• Investment, loan, insurance, tax and financial decisions require an appropriately qualified adviser.
• Emergency, safety or self-harm concerns require immediate real-world help from emergency services and trusted people nearby.

Your responsibility and image limitations

Consider your circumstances, evidence, professional advice and the interests of affected people before acting. Image-based observations can be affected by lighting, angle, focus, compression, pose and visibility and cannot measure tactile qualities. You remain responsible for decisions made from a reading or from information that was incomplete, inaccurate or submitted without permission.

Remedies, samples and testimonials

Spiritual practices and remedies are optional and must never replace treatment, legal compliance, financial responsibility or necessary protective action. Sample reports, illustrations, testimonials and examples demonstrate a format or individual experience and do not promise that another user will receive the same result.

Ownership and permitted use

The Spiritual Guru name, logo, website presentation, original text, illustrations, reports, recordings, software and other materials are owned by Spiritual Guru or used with permission, except where another owner is identified. Some materials may be produced with digital creative tools under human direction. All applicable rights are reserved.

• A purchased report may be kept for personal, non-commercial use.
• Do not reproduce, publish, sell, license, train another system on, remove rights notices from or commercially exploit our material without written permission.
• Access does not grant rights in non-public software, security controls, internal analysis processes, confidential commercial information or operational systems.

Traditional concepts and user material

General spiritual, astrological and palm-related concepts, names and facts may belong to longstanding traditions or the public domain. Our rights apply to our original selection, wording, visual expression, reports, software and presentation—not to ideas or facts the law leaves free to use. Users retain ownership of their original submissions but must have the right to submit them.

Copyright complaints

A good-faith complaint should identify the claimant, the protected work, the exact website location, the rights held and why the use is unauthorised. We may request reasonable verification, restrict disputed material during review and share the notice with the relevant uploader or provider where legally appropriate.
